About Me
I'm a web developer with an IT background — which means I don't just design things that look good, I build things that actually work. Clean code, fast load times, and zero hand-waving when something breaks.
I'm Ethan Classen — a web developer who helps businesses build a credible, high-performing online presence. I combine clean design, thoughtful user experience, and solid technical execution to create websites that actually work for the people behind them.
My background in IT support gives me a practical edge: I understand how systems connect, how to troubleshoot under pressure, and how to build sites that are reliable — not just impressive on day one.
Outside of client work, I'm studying cybersecurity and cloud fundamentals with a long-term goal of becoming a SOC analyst. That curiosity shapes how I think about performance, resilience, and building things the right way — but my primary focus today is delivering exceptional web development for businesses.

02Future path
Cybersecurity — a personal passion
Cybersecurity isn't a service I offer today — it's a field I'm actively studying and genuinely excited about. Through a dated cert path (ISC2 CC, AZ-900, CompTIA core) and hands-on labs on TryHackMe, I'm building the foundations for a future career as a SOC analyst.
That learning influences how I approach web development: I care about secure defaults, clean architecture, and building sites that hold up over time. But when you hire me, you're hiring a web developer first — someone focused on helping your business grow online.
